April is the third studio album by American indie folk act Sun Kil Moon, released on April 1, 2008, through Caldo Verde Records. The album was recorded between March and August of 2007 at Hyde Street Studios in San Francisco, California and Well Recording in Seattle, Washington. It was produced by Mark Kozelek, who is the primary songwriter and frontman of the project. The album features guest appearances from notable artists including Will Oldham (also known as Bonnie "Prince" Billy) and Ben Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie. It includes a total of 11 tracks, with an additional bonus disc .
