"El estado de las cosas" is the second KORTATU long album released in 1986 by "Soñua Records" in vinyl LP format. During the same year 1986, the label decided to change its name for "Oihuka Records" and released the album also in cassette and CD format. Musically is clear the strong influence of british bands like The Clash and there is a kind of a THE SPECIALS ska cover named "Hay algo aqui que va mal".
