Dex Meets Dexter is Famous Dex’s debut studio album. It was initially scheduled for March 23, 2018, but after a delay, Dex announced the April 6, 2018 release date via Big Boy’s Neighborhood: "We kinda changed the date, don’t be mad at me. It’s April 6th. It’s a special day; it’s my little sister’s birthday. Her name’s Sierra. I lost her to breast cancer." The album’s title refers to Famous Dex’s two different personas, which represent distinct musical styles.
