Marisa Monte

Marisa de Azevedo Monte, best known as Marisa Monte, is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music producer; one of the most important and influential artists of the MPB genre. She's also part of the iconic trio Tribalistas alongside Carlinhos Brown and Arnaldo Antunes. She has sold over 10 million albums and won numerous national and international awards, including five Latin Grammy Awards, seven Video Music Brasil, nine Multishow Brazilian Music Awards, five APCA and six TIM Music Awards.
