There are at least nine artists/bands that have used the name Kaleidoscope, including two that frequently get mixed up: a British and an American psychedelic rock band from the same musical era in the late 1960s. Kaleidoscope were a British psychedelic rock band consisting of vocalist Peter Daltrey, guitarist Eddie Pumer, bassist Steve Clark and drummer Danny Bridgman. They signed to Fontana in 1967 and released two studio albums: Tangerine Dream (1967) and Faintly Blowing (1969).
