Lø Spirit is an artist originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, whose real name is Josh Landry. Having been a producer for a few years, he began to upload songs on TikTok under the tag SadSongsOnly, covering songs like MCR's "Helena," Highly Suspect's "My Name is Human," Missio's "I See You," among others. A trauma survivor who has dealt with OCD, PTSD, and anxiety, Landry aspires in his work to tell his story and inspire others who are going through bad times.
