Mr. Free

Mr. Free is a politically minded artist inspired by the likes of KRS-1, A Tribe Called Quest and Sizzla. Born in the Bronx, Mr. Free (born as Geoffrey) first expanded on his musical interests by DJ'ing at the University of Maine. After traveling the world, and more specifically after a life altering experience in Oahu, he took on the name of Mr. Free. His first professional appearance was with Creed's "Weathered" tour. He has continued to open for a myriad of other artists including Talib Kweli
