Maitreya Williams the 2nd, formerly known as Riven is a Houston Texas based artist known for his cryptic mystique and dark style. Riven’s dad who was also rapper in his youth going by the name of ‘'Big Shang’‘, inspired Riven get into Hip-Hop and Rap music. Riven officially started his music career in 2013 with his first release being on SoundCloud under the name of ’‘Blade’‘. In his songs, Riven often talks about his technique to make money and the sacrifices he had to make to get where he is today.
