Sasami Ashworth (born June 23, 1990) is an American musician, composer and producer based in California. Raised primarily in Los Angeles, she comes from a multicultural background: her mother is ethnically Korean and was born in Japan, while her father is of Western descent. She studied French horn and music education at the Eastman School of Music, graduating in 2012. After her studies she returned to Los Angeles, working in various capacities: scoring films and commercials
